These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AffiBlast services, including the website affiblast.com and the application at app.affiblast.com, operated by AffiBlast (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use AffiBlast. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@affiblast.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription and Billing
- AffiBlast offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
- All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store payment card information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AffiBlast to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Generate spam, malicious content, or content that infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of our service
- Use the platform to promote illegal products or services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Intellectual Property
AffiBlast and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create using AffiBlast remains yours. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
AffiBlast is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve specific results for your affiliate marketing activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AffiBlast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a limited period as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
