Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with AffiBlast. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for subscriptions to affiblast.com and app.affiblast.com.
1. Free Trial
AffiBlast offers a free plan with 10 articles/month — no credit card required. We encourage you to evaluate the platform on the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase (first-time paid subscribers only). To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at support@affiblast.com within 7 days of your charge date.
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. If you did not intend to renew, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We will consider refund requests for renewals on a case-by-case basis.
4. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable after the 7-day money-back window, except:
- If AffiBlast discontinues the service entirely
- In cases of documented technical failure on our part preventing you from using the service for an extended period
5. Exceptions — No Refund
We do not offer refunds for:
- Requests made after 7 days from initial purchase
- Subscription renewals (except as noted above)
- Downgrading to a lower plan (you retain access to paid features until the current period ends)
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@affiblast.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are happy to help resolve billing issues directly.
